It’s the end of first Semester and I’m finding myself drowning in revision for Uni exams. But I can’t help but think that all the stress isn’t worth it, or I’m not properly managing it. So I’m making a list, small things I want to change in the short term to help me feel a bit better in terms of my lifestyle and managing my stresses.
- Drink more water
- Take my vitamins
- Actually do my skincare routine (morning and night)
- Have 10 mins to sit and enjoy my coffee in the morning
- Try to get 8 hours sleep each night
- Turn off devices and bright lights before bed
- Read for 10 mins
- Fit in 30 mins of exercise
Despite how simple this list is I have found myself to be falling short of meeting my goals constantly so this time I’m going to be more dedicated to fulfilling these 8 short-term lifestyle changes.
